SMOKING

      Do smokers know when they smoke one cigarette they reduce their life 20 second? According to the researchers they approve that smoking has effect many things in our life . smoking affect health, people economy and public relationship. Everything around us has an effect in our life, does not matter if it is good or bad, because our human body is very sensitive for every thing. Smoking has a tremendous negative effect on it. For example many firefighter were killed by being inside area with a huge cloud of smoke because of this big dose of smoke they get killed. Smokers got a very small dose of smoke every day that is way they do not killed by smoking in a short period of time. An addition, smoking is the first cause of many kinds of cancers, especially lung cancer by providing the lung a non fresh air. Although smoking change the skin color internal body or external body; internal body like the lung color from white to black, external body like fingers from the normal color to blackish. Another big example for bad effect is the kid’s health around smokers especially infant while their moms smoking they smoke with them. Imagine your self has hundred dollars and in front of people you burn it; that is what the smokers do. Economy is one of big issues in the past, present and future, the studies show that people spending billions of dollars every year .for example, in Saudi Arabia they spend money for smoking more than education. Smokers do not feel that cause of smoking because losing a very small amount of money every day does not affect that mush ,but for a long run it has a huge affect for instance, if somebody smokes for twenty years he will spend 70,000 $ . People invented perfume to avoid bad smell or to attract others, because people do not like fetidness .Smokers have this problem so many people do not like to have a good relationship with the smokers. We have seen many people around public territories when they want to smoke they have to leave to smoke; it is not allow to smoke around the people who do not smoke. Many laws do not allow to mix smokers with others .in addition smoking affect the whole life, it is like a boycott around the smokers so they reduce their relationship whit others. Smoking has many negative effects as we have seen in many cases around us. Smokers destroy their health, economy and relationship with others. It is not easy to gain money, but it is very easy to burn it.

In Jordan we have some phrases the we consider it as superstition, people use it to express their feeling sometimes, but they do not believe in it because most of the time it is against our principles an religion, for example kids when they lose tooth he goes outside and face the sun and talk to the sun that the sun take the tooth of the donkey and give me a tooth of the deer. It definitely against our religion because the sun could not do it .so when person got older he does not use it at all.

In my opinion I do not believe in these phrases if it became against the principles of our life or religion.

Differences between Chicago and Amman

        Chicago and Amman have many things in common and many differences too.

Both cities have tremendous features that many people like to see when they

 travel .Those cities can be compared in three ways region: weather and population .

        One of the greatest things that people look at if they want to travel or to

compare locations ,is the location and the features of this location . Chicago

occupies a flat area. It is rare to find a small mountain or hill in Chicago. In

addition, Chicago is a green land and the green color covers the whole land. On

the contrary , is Amman consists of seven huge and complicated white mountain.

little.

      Weather makes places either beautiful or horrible .The weather in Chicago is

very hard to describe . It is extremely cold in the winter time , and it is very hot

with a lot of humidity in the summer time . The people say, do not be sad or mad

about the weather in Chicago it will change within fifteen minutes . On the other

hand, in Amman, the weather is  moderate  in winter and summer. For

example the highest temperature in the summer is 90 degrees and the lowest

temperature in winter is 35 degrees, which many people like .

     Population is a big difference between two cities.

Chicago has a huge population and a variety of ethnic group. For example, Polish

people, Chinese, Indian and Arabs. At the same time, it has many languages.  

Amman has a very small population. For example ,Chechens people and they do

not think of  themselves as  Jordanian citizens.

     Region, weather and population are three things that we can compare

between cities. Those three things are the most powerful features of any city

around the world.

One of my Frightening Stories

 

              It is not easy to be alone; when I was 16 years old I used to be a watcher at

water department in Jordan.

The place that I worked too far from city inside a gloomy forest. To reach the

closest city I had to walk seven miles to reach my home. It was an

 unforgettable experience in my life because of three reasons, my age, the place

and the time.

           It happened when I was seventeen years old; at this age for sure I did not

 have enough experience to deal with something like this situation. Therefore, it

makes

 the situation harder than anything else ever in my life. How can I deal with that

when I just finish high school?. On the other hand, at this age in my country,

people rarely find work. They sit at home and follow their education.

 

The place is located in the gloomy forest, it was far away from the city. The forest

is dark, green, and smelled like composting leaves. I crackled branches when I

walked through. I felt those branches talking to me. I imagined many trees as very

tall ghosts who try to touch me.  I  through this forest as an exhausted soccer

player when he tries to keep the ball in his own property through many players

around him.

 

         This story happened in rainy night, this effected me the most, there was no light.

So I had to guess where should I put my steps which needed a lot of concentration  

to avoid any harmful incident. I felt like a small fish in the deep ocean without any

signs to guide me to the end of this story, so I kept walking till the midnight and

finally I reached my house.

           This experience one of the bad incident ever that I faced I hope nobody will

be in the same situation. This incident happened earlier in my life but it looks like

 part of my memory.

Jordan and the U.S

If I want to talk or compare the U.S with my country. I will not stop talking about that let us describe families between two of them , families in Jordan is larger than U.S , acutely the average families in Jordan is six family members ,but in U.S is less than this .

The life in Jordan is more simple than U.S ,but it is more difficult in Jordan than U.S .it is more complicated in the U.S .

The American people in general are more independent than people in Jordan, in Jordan most youth stick with their families. In contrast of the U.S they like to their own life.

Jordan is smaller than the U.S in wedight and population.

People in Jordan are more friendly than the people of the U.S . in Jordan they like to share their experiences more than the U.S PEOPLE .

The weather in Jordan is more comfortable than the U.S .

The cost in Jordan is more expensive than U.S.

HALLOWEEN

       Do you know how many holidays in America? There have many. One of those holidays is Halloween. It has three things, Halloween time, costumes and where people celebrated this holiday.
     The celebration of Halloween started in the USA in the late 1556. Years before that in Europe people were celebrating Halloween. On the other hand they many debates that they do not agree with this coloration.       
       People are celebrating Halloween on the thirty first of October every year. Children parade in the neighborhood stopping by almost every home to trick or treat. In the recent years people started to avoid celebrating Halloween to keep kids safe. 
       Costumes, there are a big variety of costumes. People of all ages dress up for Halloween, They went too far with the clothes design. There are many deranged forms of clothing and the most famous are the skeleton, ghosts, witches, monsters and devils. The candies are famous gifts people give on Halloween’s night.
     The pumpkin is the symbol of the Halloween was developed over the years by the immigrants who came to the USA. 
       There are many religious people from all different ethnicities don’t belief in Halloween and fighting over the celebration.
       Halloween is one of the celebration on the U.S and some other parts on the world , people have special tradition on this celebrations .
